Kleinhans Music Hall, a National Historic Landmark, is an architectural and artistic treasure. Built from funds bequeathed by philanthropists Edward and Mary Kleinhans, the group responsible for its construction obtained additional funds from the WPA and, at the height of the Great Depression, obtained the services of world-class architect Eliel Saarinen to design and build a modern, yet timeless, masterpiece. Explore the exterior and interior of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra’s home and the surrounding Frederick Law Olmsted-designed restored Symphony Circle. Sat 7/12 & 9/6, 10AM, tour starts at the statue of Chopin on Symphony Circle, $10.
