About us
Kleinhans Community Association (KCA) was formed in 1981 to promote the betterment of the neighborhood. The KCA is a block club that unites the neighborhood and promotes civic engagement around Kleinhans Music Hall in the Lower West Side of Buffalo, New York. Much of the area within the KCA boundaries are included in the Allentown Preservation District, which is an area of great historic value, diverse population and ideal location. The KCA area is located in close proximity to city resources, business districts, cultural amenities and public transportation.
KCA’s mission is to facilitate communication among neighborhood residents and to advocate for neighborhood beautification, crime prevention, home ownership, historic preservation and quality of life issues. Members of the KCA work closely with various agencies and governmental entities to achieve these goals.
