| Meetings are open to all interested parties and attendance and input is encouraged!
Membership is not required to attend meetings. Dues are used for beautification efforts and
other improvement initiatives in the neighborhood. Membership in the association is open to
anyone who is at least 18 years old and has paid yearly dues. Dues are $12.00 per household
annually. To be eligible to vote on official KCA positions at meetings, one must live within the
boundaries of the KCA or own property within the boundaries.
To pay dues, attend one of the meetings - or simply send a $12.00 check made payable to Kleinhans
Community Association for annual membership to:
