We move quickly to secure and maintain the exterior of homes, and in a majority of cases, we refurbish the home to move-in condition.

It is our practice to make available HomeSteps homes to any purchasers who are financially qualified. HomeSteps is marketing this property in accordance with our standard policies and procedures and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Each offer is reviewed at the time it is received and negotiated until there is an agreement, or until the offer is rejected or withdrawn.

We negotiate each offer based on the highest and best net return to HomeSteps, without regard for buyer characteristics except those related to financial affordability. It is not our practice to collect purchaser information that could be interpreted as setting the stage for discriminatory decision-making. We believe in providing equal, unbiased opportunity for financially qualified purchasers.
